Putty is one of the most important products in the entire painting process. As the first step, it is the basis for all subsequent steps. Any errors made during preparation work are very difficult to rectify later, requiring more time. That is why the reliability of the filling process is particularly important.
In close collaboration with its customers, CARSYSTEM has developed two products as a solution for mistakes that can be made during filling processes: MULTI BLUE Changer and MULTI GREEN Changer.
The MULTI Changer system is based on the use of colour variation as a visual indicator to show problems during the filling process. If parts of the putty are not properly mixed with the catalyst, or if there are areas of the putty surface that do not harden, there will be no colour variation. The customer can then check straight away to see if the entire surface has hardened enough.
If there are stains or visual irregularities on the filled area, the user can react straight away before applying the next coats of paint.
The MULTI Changer with colour variation offers the following advantages:
